  • 1 pound ahi poke, your choice
  • Gyoza wraps
  • Avocado
  • Seaweed salad
  • Sriracha mayo

 

Directions

  1. Make the taco shells using a saucepan and fill it with either canola or vegetable oil. Bring oil to 350 Degrees F and use tongs to carefully fry one side of a gyoza wrap. Alternate it to the other side forming a shell until golden brown. Repeat with 4-5 gyoza wraps.
  2. Cut the avocado into medium-thin slices.
  3. Fill each shell with an avocado slice, seaweed salad, ahi poke, and top it with sriracha sauce.
  4. Place on a serving plate or platter and enjoy!
